The WIA Program introduces high school students to gender studies and social justice as an academic discipline AND a practical, actionable way of life!
Small Group Discussion
WIA gives students the tools to make their perspectives and voices heard through small group discussions for the first two months of your program.
1:1 Mentoring
Mentors continue to help students identify their personal values and develop a supportive network of women who will help position them for future success in college and beyond.

When you join WIA, you are part of a cohort of 4-8 students, moving through the year-long program together.
NEW COHORTS BEGIN IN October 2023!
